Important Message Regarding Appropriate Conduct & Respect for Sponsors of NETNPA

Dear Members,

It has come to our attention that some individuals are abusing the privileges extended by drug representatives, particularly in regards to excessive food orders. This behavior not only undermines our professionalism but also reflects poorly on our organization as a whole.

Effective immediately, we insist on strict adherence to the following guidelines:

1. Food Orders: Limit food orders to what is necessary and reasonable for your needs during interactions with drug representatives. Excessive ordering will not be tolerated.
2. Respectful Conduct: Treat our guests, including drug representatives, with utmost respect and courtesy at all times.
3. Compliance: Adhere strictly to organizational policies governing interactions with external partners. Failure to comply may result in future meeting attendance being denied.

Should access to food be a concern, please note that there are local food organizations available to assist those in need. We encourage members facing difficulties to reach out for support.

We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. It is imperative that we maintain a professional and responsible approach in all interactions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the NETNPA Board.  Individuals who continue to breach this professional courtesy and respect of resources will have membership to our organization revoked.
